Deepika Padukone in Finding Fanny

While on outdoors schedules Bollywood actors generally tend to crave delicacies of the region they are shooting in, long schedules of work and strict diet plans don't allow them to indulge themselves.During the shoot of Finding Fanny, Deepika traced a local Goan culinary expert and would order authentic Goan food from wherever she was shooting.Initially when Goan food was ordered on the sets, work would halt and everyone would eat and over-eat! After few days, producer Dinesh Vijan decided to order food after wrapping up the day's schedule thus work would flow smoothly. The director of the movie trying to direct the video of songs as like the old songs, trying to collect the old themes for the songs of finding fanny.Else it would have been impossible to wrap each actor's schedule within 36 shooting days."Oh ya, we'd come back from a hectic day of shooting and Deepika's team would have a Goan spread laid out for everyone," beams a crew member. Well, we are sure Deepika Padukone makes quite a good host.Bollywood heartthrob Ranveer Singh has recently done a cameo appearance in Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor’s ‘Finding Fanny’ free of cost.

‘Ladies vs Ricky Behl’ actor will be seen playing the role of Padukone’s dead husband. He took this role very willingly. According to director of movie Homi Adajania, “Ranveer is a friendly man, so he did it for a laugh! We were sitting around and I was telling him the story of Finding Fanny and he said I’ll play Gabo (the dead character). He was laughing but was dead serious. I told him that I’d need him in Goa for half a day of shoot but we all had so much fun that he ended up staying for over a week after he was done.”
