Hamari adhori Khani- Vidiya and Imran come back on screen

Though Mohit Suri will soon get busy with Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan starrer Hamari Adhuri Kahaani, the director is already in talks with Varun Dhawan for a film. "Varun and Mohit have been friends and share a good rapport. They are going to work together. In fact Mohit has already spoken to Varun about it and the two are likely to come together soon," said a source. After sharing screen space twice, Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi are on their way to make a hattrick as the on screen couple with Hamari Adhuri Kahaani. However, while the film was slated to go on floor in May - June this year, it has now been postponed to October. Mukesh Bhatt recently revealed about the development stating that the dates have been shifted to October owing to Emraan's son's illness. Emraan's 4 year old son Ayan was recently diagnosed with a kidney tumour and is currently undergoing a treatment in Canada. Post this, Mukesh Bhatt will be wrapping up with the shoot of Mr X which also stars Emraan before shifting focus to the Vidya starrer.

Directed by Mohit Suri, Hamari Adhuri Kahani will also star Rajkumar Rao and will be produced by Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films. Actor Emraan Hashmi’s last two experimental films Ek Thi Daayan and Ghan-chakkar may not have gone down well with fans, but that hasn’t deterred him from looking past his failures and focusing on the ventures that lie ahead. Saying he doesn’t regret doing these films, he feels it is imperative for actors to move away from their comfort level.“For any actor, doing experiments is important. I don’t regret the films I have done. If I had it my way, I would still do Ek the daiyan and Ghanchakar,” he said at the trailer launch of his upcoming film  Raja Natwarlal  “It is very important to divert from what you are doing just to stretch your creative skills and when you come back to your traditional path – the path you are known for – you bring a new color to your performance and characters,” he added.
